All bookings are subject to confirmation.  Please provide as much information as possible.
If our facility is available, there may be a fee – this fee is based on room requirements and additional equipment.

In some cases a bond and hireage agreement may also need to be collected.
This will be discussed with you by our Office Manager prior to confirmation of booking.
