Our Facility

The Main Auditorium is suitable for conferences, large training events, weddings and funerals. It comes setup with approx 250 chairs.  These chairs are able to be moved if required to accommodate tables and alternate layouts (conditions and fees apply)

Included with the room

  • Seating for 250
  • 2 x wireless microphones, computer sound & projector (self managed)
  • You can either plug in your own laptop or utilize our computer (Mac – You will need to bring your own PPT on a USB stick to use.)
  • Use of other stage and sound equipment is not included in the hireage of this room.

Hireage Fees

  • GEBC/Visionwest Staff and Volunteers (Non work event) – Koha
  • All other bookings – $150/hr upto a max of $750/day
  • Additional sound equipment will incur additional charges.  Please make an enquiry.
  • Chair resetting fee
